NEAL S. BLAISDELL CENTER

All activities on Friday and Saturday will be taking place at the Neal S. Blaisdell Center, Exhibition Hall, Pikake Ballroom and Hawai'i Suites. Attendees should enter through the main entrance (shown above) into the Galleria to check-in.

Child Care will be located on the second floor.

Parking Fees: If you will be driving a vehicle, there is a fee to park at the Blaisdell Center, and the Diocese will not cover parking. Fees are currently:

Daily/Event Rate up to 5:00 PM - $6
Daily/Event Rate after 5:00 PM - $7
In/Out Parking Privileges (Single Day) - $8

Participants are encouraged to carpool to help save on parking fees.

THE CATHEDRAL OF SAINT ANDREW
229 Queen Emma Square, Honolulu, HI

Sunday's Holy Eucharist service and Talk Story Interview will be held at the Cathedral of Saint Andrew, with overflow in Tenney Theatre where both events will be live-streamed.

Seating is on a first come basis so arrive early for best seating.

Refreshments following the service will be served under the Aloha Tent which is located between the Sanctuary and breezeway to Tenney Theatre.

Parking: We have made arrangements for overflow parking at nearby Central Middle School, but people should plan to carpool as parking may be tight. To view a map of the parking areas available, click on the link below.

Travel Arrangements & Accommodations

LODGING:

BEST WESTERN PLAZA AT THE AIRPORT
3253 N Nimitz Hwy, Honolulu, HI 96819

Church members traveling from the neighbor islands may choose to stay at the Best Western Plaza at the airport where a limited number of rooms have been secured at the special group rate of $144/night. A hot breakfast is included. This special rate offer has ended.

As of March 15, the hotel has released the remaining room block and you will have to pay a higher rate.

TRANSPORTATION:

INTERISLAND AIR - The Diocese will cover airfare from the neighbor islands for all clergy and for a limited number of lay members. Members interested in attending should check with their priest, warden or parish administrator for details. The deadline for churches to submit names HAS PASSED.

SHUTTLE TO/FROM AIRPORT - Best Western Plaza offers a free shuttle, 24/7 to and from the airport. Call (808) 836-3636 to make arrangements.

TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM VENUES- The Diocese will have transportation available between the Best Western Plaza and venues. Transport will leave at 7:15 am and 9:15 am on Friday and Saturday. There will be only one shuttle at 9:15 am on Sunday. Return trips will be after each day's events.

For those not staying at the Best Western Plaza, you will be responsible for your own ground transportation.
