The Diocese of Hawai‘i has instituted policies for the protection of its members, and others, from abuse or harassment. These policies are currently under review by the Standing Committee. 

The Diocese of Hawai‘i has two trainings required of church leaders in an effort to make our churches safe from abuse of children or harassment of, or misconduct with, adults.

At the recommendation of the Resolutions Committee of the 42nd Annual Meeting of the Diocesan Convention, Bishop Robert Fitzpatrick reminds all congregations of the expectation to follow the alcohol policy adopted by the Convention at its 19th Annual Meeting in 1987.
