Part-time Music/Choral Director, Holy Nativity, Honolulu
In conjunction with the rector and organist, the music director/choral director will be responsible for overseeing the church’s music program, leading choir rehearsals, recruiting choir members, and conducting the choir on Sunday mornings. There are two services, a said Eucharist (with some music) at 7:30 AM and a sung Eucharist (with choir) at 9:30 AM. The successful candidate will have minimum of two years’ experience as a music director/teacher, and a working knowledge of Episcopal/Anglican liturgy is preferred. This is a part-time (10 hrs/week) position.
