St. Elizabeth’s is looking for an Office Administrator. The candidate must be proficient in Church Windows, have some experience in graphic design (with InDesign) for our monthly newsletter and weekly service bulletins and ideally will have a background in Episcopal church music. The position is part-time, 20 hours per week, medical insurance is covered by the church as is enrollment in the Church Pension Fund. Paid vacation and sick leave is included. Hours are flexible so long as the work is completed. Salary is negotiable based on experience and abilities. Music Director, Parish of St. Clement, Honolulu
Music is an integral part of the life of the parish and particularly worship services. Under the leadership of the Rector, the Director exercises an important ministry which reaches out to staff, choir members, all members of the congregation and the community. A variety of traditions and styles in organ and choral music is appropriate for services, and the use of a variety of instruments is expected. The Episcopal Parish of St. James’, Waimea (Hawai’i Island), is seeking to hire a Parish Administrator to assist and support our priest and the administration of our four congregations in our parish, including St. James’ Church (Waimea), St. Columba’s Church (Pa’auilo), and our Saturday Beach Mass congregation (Kawaihae). The position is located at St. James’ Church in Waimea and involves management of the parish office as well as other responsibilities.
