The Rev. Dr. Lovett Weems, Jr., distinguished professor of church leadership and director of the Lewis Center for Church Leadership at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C., will be conducting evening lectures on February 17 - 19, and a workshop for clergy on Monday, February 20, from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Dr. Weems is one of the most sought out consultants on church leadership and church growth, and is the author of several books including: Take the Next Step: Leading Lasting Change in the Church, which is used by churches seeking revitalization.
Evening lecture and workshop topics will be:
Friday - "All Are Leaders"
Saturday - "Five Questions for Congregations"
Sunday - "Leading Lasting Change in the Church"
The Monday Clergy Workshop - "Fruitful Ministry in Changing Times"
