Congregational Election Forms 2011
Congregations need to send a record of their elections to the Office of the Bishop following the congregational Annual Meeting, which must happen in January. Below are the forms that need to be sent. These forms are typically completed by the church administrator, the Clerk of the Vestry or Bishop's Committee, and/or the priest.Certificate of Elections, 2011 (for reporting the election of Delegates to Convention)
Church Officials List, Mission or Aided Parish (for reporting the nomination of Bishop's Committee members)
